We maintain the utmost hygiene in our office and follow standard sterilisation procedures. Rest assured, the equipment pieces will be sterilised before you sit on the patient’s chair.

Examination and Diagnosis

We carry out a thorough examination to determine the right course of action. Your dentist may ask a few questions regarding your dental history and address any concerns you may have.

With the help of 3D X-Rays, they will screen your teeth, gums, and supporting structures to identify any potential issues.

If no other issues are found, a regular cleaning will be conducted.

Treatment Plan

If any abnormality is found during diagnosis, the dentist will discuss appropriate treatment plans, including preparation, recovery time, and anaesthesia preferences.

Before scheduling your procedure, a financial plan and pre-operative instructions will also be provided.

We strive to create a comfortable environment for our patients, where they can voice their concerns and feel at ease. You can have an honest conversation with us and bring up any issues you may be experiencing.

Insurance and Payment Options

To make dental care more accessible, we accept a variety of payment options, including all debit and credit cards, E-Wallets, QR Pay (supported by Paynet & DuitNow), bank transfers, and cash payments.

For those seeking more flexible payment methods, we have partnered with Curaguru (available for both small and large treatment amounts) and ATOME (for treatments up to RM5,000).

Additionally, we are panel providers for PMCare and Red Alert Insurance, further ensuring that our patients have options for financing their treatment.
